AthleticLIVE & Flash Results

Turn live results into a meet delay tracker.

Trackclerk reads the same AthleticLIVE and Flash Results pages the meet already publishes, figures out how far behind the day is running, and turns that into countdowns you can actually plan around.

Point it at your meet and go

Most club, high-school, and championship meets post live timing on AthleticLIVE (athletic.net) or Flash Results. Give Trackclerk your meet's link, or just search your athlete, and it pulls the event schedule, heats, and lane assignments automatically. There's nothing to type in by hand, and it keeps your events updated as the meet posts changes through the day.

How the delay tracking works

Live results pages quietly reveal how the day is going: which events have finished, which are still waiting, and how the posted times compare to the printed schedule. Trackclerk reads that signal and estimates how many minutes behind — or ahead — the meet is running right now. Instead of a stale program, you get a running estimate that updates as results post, and every one of your countdowns shifts with it.

Heats, lanes, and results in one place

Because it's reading the official timing feed, Trackclerk shows your heat and lane as soon as they're posted and marks your event done with the result the moment it's compiled. Parents following along see the same on-deck warning and the same official result without refreshing a results site themselves.

Indoor, outdoor, and high-school seasons

If your meet runs on AthleticLIVE or Flash Results, Trackclerk works with it — indoor, outdoor, and summer championship seasons alike. Meets on other timing systems aren't supported yet; if yours uses something else, tell us and we'll look at adding it. When live timing isn't available, you can still enter and adjust your schedule by hand and keep your warm-up countdowns running.
